Worldwide tracked shipping

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Estimated transit time is 4–10 business days for the United States and Canada, 5–12 business days for the United Kingdom and European Union, and 7–18 business days for other destinations. Tracking details are emailed once your parcel leaves our fulfillment partner.

Customs and import taxes

International orders may be subject to local duties, VAT, or import fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery estimates do not include customs delays.

30-day returns

Unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be uninstalled, unmarked, and returned in the original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders

Contact us within seven days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
