Returns without
the runaround.

Unused LURMIX shell and keycap sets may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition

Items must be uninstalled, unmarked, complete, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Starting a return

Contact support with your order number and reason for return. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report problems within seven days of delivery and include photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
